Bob is an Associate Director and commercial lead for the Carbon Trust ICT practice, with a particular focus on the data centre industry. Bob has worked directly with businesses in developing decarbonisation strategies to align with climate targets and with places seeking to deliver a net positive (socially and for the environment) outcome from data centre developments. He has a track record of facilitating sectoral collaboration - for example working previously with the Future Homes Hub on a decarbonisation roadmap for that sector. Looking 'up the value chain', at present Bob is leading work with a group of media companies evaluating the climate impact of generative AI.
