Fabrice Roudet is the Strategy and Offer Management Director for Eaton in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), leading the strategic direction and offer portfolio across the region. He is supported by a team of market intelligence and segment leaders spanning six strategic sectors: Data Centers, Commercial and Institutional Buildings, Industries, mOEM, Residential Buildings and Utilities & Renewables. Fabrice joined Eaton in 2011 as a Product General Manager where he led the Energy Transition business unit focused on Eaton’s Buildings as a Grid Strategy. This role covered key product lines including EV Charging Infrastructure, Energy Storage and Energy Management Software. Previously, Fabrice held management roles leading innovative projects within the corporate research and development division at Schneider Electric.

Fabrice is a graduate of the Institute National Polytechnique de Grenoble and holds a PhD degree in Engineering and executive MBA from HEC Lausanne. He is based in Morges, Switzerland
