Filip joined Ceres in September 2024 and is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of global experience in cleantech and chemical industries. As Senior Vice President at Nel Hydrogen, Filip led the Electrolyser Division, driving strategic planning, operations and product development. He played a key role in achieving industry milestones in terms of customer contracts, scaling the technology and manufacturing, and strategic partnerships. Prior to his role at Nel, Filip held the position of Managing Director of Hydrogenics. Filip lives in Belgium and is based in the UK.
